Site Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of tradesmen completing drylining and partitioning works
- Develop and implement effective strategies to optimise site performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient work-flow and communication
- Provide training and guidance to staff members to enhance their skills and performance
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on site activities
- Liaise with clients and surveyors at regular on site meetings
Site Manager Requirements:
- Must have experience in drylining / wall partitioning
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Experience in Site Management
