Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Maintenance Company in the North London area who are looking for a brand new Technical Supervisor to join their team covering all Corporate M+E Maintenance projects in North London.
They are looking for an experienced technical supervisor specialising in public and corporate buildings to oversee M+E repairs and maintenance projects.
You will work with team members to manage the planned M+E repairs service and maintenance process from start to finish. You will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the performance of trades operatives and specialist sub-contractors.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with the works scheduling team and sub-contractors to ensure job information is correct, timely report submissions are made, work is allocated as needed etc.
- Overseeing trades and sub-contractors on site.
- Carrying out pre and post inspections to ensure a good standard of work.
- Assisting the Service Delivery Manager in managing the contractors to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Supporting the SDM by providing data, reports and MI (e.g. for quality control and budgetary data).
- Managing the day-to-day administration of the team.
- Attending client/stakeholder panels, consultations, and other meetings.
- Acting a point of contact for customers, ensuring all queries and complaints are resolved swiftly.
Key Knowledge:
- Previous Supervisory experience working within repairs
- Previous Commercial / Corporate building project experience
- Trade background preferred
