JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer required for a Facilities Management company to cover planned and preventative maintenance. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join the team on a Mobile basis in Newcastle, Durham, Teeside. This role will be working alongside a team of Maintenance Engineers.
This role will be 40 hours a week 8am - 4.30pm, Monday-Friday. Plenty of overtime available if desired. Call out 1 in 6.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical and HVAC equipment
- Ensure that PPM and Reactive jobs are processed, and defects are diagnosed, and faults are repaired and testing.
- Carrying out work safely and efficiently
- Building relationships with customers on site
- Air Handling Units
- Air conditioning systems such as VRV, VRF, VAV & FAT boxes.
- Valves, pumps and HVAC equipment. Including F-Gas.
- Control systems
Requirements for the role
- Experienced Air Conditioning engineer
- Level 2 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Multi Skilled
- Fgas
- Enhanced DBS
