We are seeking a dedicated Resident Cleaner to join our clients team at a commercial building in Portishead. This is a temp-to-perm role, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across the building.
• Cleaning communal areas, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
• Waste disposal and replenishing hygiene supplies.
• Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Reporting any maintenance or cleaning supply needs.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial environment preferred.
• A proactive and reliable approach to work.
• Must be willing to undergo security clearance (essential).
• Right to work in the UK.
