Facilities Manager

Develop Monthly KPI's and metrics to monitor performance of both internal and external resources to ensure reliable and cost effective supply of site services at all times.

Manage a wide range of maintenance contracts, ensuring services are fit for purpose and explore opportunities to integrate contracts with other parts of the business.

Co-ordinate the movement of people and services to support the ever-evolving needs of customers and the business.

Work collaboratively with Projects Manager to deliver growth, compliance and Sustainability related projects.

As Facilities Manager , ensure through regular review and appraisal that appropriate training and coaching is in place for the team to meet both their development needs and those of the business.
