JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have an exciting opportunity for a facilities Manager in Liverpool. Our client is looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking facilities manager to join their team, with an immediate start. This is initially a contract role with a view to go permanent.

Working hours

Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm

40 hours per week.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with clients and contractors
  • Running of site
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • First point of contact for customers/clients
  • Assisting with the management of events
  • Organising catering staff
  • Running the facilities of the building
  • Work with other team members on site
  • Ensuring day to day co-ordination of the site facilities teams.
