Key Service Accountability's
- To lead the operational management of home ownership services delivering a high quality, seamless Leasehold Management and Right to Buy service, taking direct responsibility for service delivery including all aspects of customer care
- Ensure that an efficient and effective Right to Buy service is provided in accordance with the provisions of Housing Act 1985 Part V
- Service Charge estimates and actual
- Statutory consultation under section 20 is carried out
- Ensure timely billing for major works and service charge
- Maintain specialist knowledge of every changing leasehold management legislation and case law and ensure the Home Ownership services continue to be compliant with any legislative changes
