Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading housing repairs company in the North London area who are looking for a brand new ICT Manager to join their team.

Duties:

• To be responsible for setting up and managing new users and resources across relevant repairs ICT systems.
• To continually maintain required changes to the flag system within repairs ICT systems.
• To promptly resolve any Mobilise interface issues and Connect workflow failures.
• To lead on the maintenance of various Connect data areas, including but not limited to the weekly Asbestos data loads.
• To manage the vehicle and van-stock set up within the Connect system for new and existing employees.
• To be the first point of contact for Sub-contractors in relation to their Connect sub-contractor portal use, including but not limited to setting up and managing contractor user accounts. Creating and maintaining good relations with these stakeholders.
• Oversee the IT Support Officers to manage IT issues within the Repairs and Estate Teams. To assist and/or direct users to the relevant support service where needed i.e., TGBIT and/or Capita, in a helpful and proactive manner.
• To manage Repairs staff IT equipment by liaising with TGBIT in relation to laptops and accessories and ensure that Repair's staff have suitable and working equipment in order to carry out their work.

Key Knowledge:

Essential:

• Extensive hands-on experience of working with IT Infrastructure and Systems (minimum of 2 years).
• Working across different IT applications.

Desirable:

• Connect experience.
• Familiar with Cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, Business Systems, Communication Technologies and Backup Solutions.
• Knowledge of IT support environment within social housing.
