Labourer

Labourer needed in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire

Daniel Owen are looking for a labourer to start work on a new farm house conversion project in Chipping Norton.

The initial phase of the project will mainly consist of strip out / demolition work. Previous experience is required.

Since the project has just started, this is a brilliant opportunity for anyone looking for long term work.

Daily responsibilities for the successful labourer will include:

- Strip out / demolition work

- Keeping the site tidy

- Taking in deliveries

- Assisting tradespeople

- Unloading building supplies

- Maintaining all safety standards

The successful labourer will need the right attitude and attention to detail to help deliver the project from start to finish at the highest level.

Requirements for the role

- PPE (steel toe cap boots, hi-vis, and a hard hat)

- Able to provide a reference proving experience having done a similar job

- Own transport: the site is difficult to access without
