Job Title: General Multi-Skilled Tradesman

Our client is a well-established property services company, delivering high-quality maintenance, refurbishment, and repair services across commercial and residential buildings in Bristol. Due to their continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Tradesman, you will be responsible for a variety of building and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

• Fitting wet rooms
• General carpentry
• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Tiling and flooring
• Plastering and decorating
• General property maintenance and refurbishments

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar multi-trade role
• Ability to fit wet rooms confidently and to a high standard
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and general building maintenance
• Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
• Own tools (preferred but not essential)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
