Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum

We are currently looking for Multi Trade Operatives to join the responsive repairs and maintenance team in Slough.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and other similar activities within domestic and void properties.
• Delivering KPI's whilst adhering to HSEQ requirements.
• Flexibility to work within a team or alone and work tidally within resident's properties utilising first and second fix, fencing and maintenance.
• Ensuring high customer service at all times by attending appointments on time, adhering to the code of conduct, acting professionally and respectful at all times.
• Promoting good working relationships with clients, customers and other stake-holders.
• Providing an out of hours service provision on a rota or other basis
• Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Blue CSCS Card (Multi Trade Level 2 NVQ) OR City & Guilds L2 in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations (desirable)
• Disclosure and Barring Service Check
