Location: Essex and East Hertfordshire

Hours: 36 hours per week

Neighbourhood Response Officer carry out neighbourhood management of properties in the local regions. Part time in Chelmsford and Bishop Stortford.

Must have own vehicle.

You'll assist centrally based teams by completing customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments, and identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour.
