Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Social Housing Company in the Stratford area that are looking for a brand new Pre-Construction Project Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to demonstrate financial and commercial acumen, including risk management skills, reporting and presenting to internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate collaboration and influencing skills, with key stakeholders.
• Computer literate, with previous experience in managing asset management data, excellent MS office skills.
• Good working knowledge of standard measured term partnering forms of contract
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance for fire risk management
• Excellent understanding of all pre-construction activities for major works projects, specifications, tendering, design, planning, building regulations, CDM 2015 and leasehold consultation
• Knowledge in the field of Mechanical Services and engineering
• An understanding of the Building Safety Act
• Educated in a construction related course, minimum HNC/HND qualification or relevant experience.
