Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award winning construction consultancy based in North Staffordshire. This firm works with a number of developers and many of their projects are design and build so this role would be a mix of Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent duties. The successful candidate will be working within a team delivering one of a number of large and high profile developments in sectors such as industrial and manufacturing, commercial and residential.

We are therefore looking for a Quantity Surveyor bringing with them at least 2-3 years experience gained within a Construction Consultancy or private practice environment. Specific sector experience isn't essential however as this firm largely works on D&B JCT schemes we are anticipating experience with this form of contract and build.
