PTS Team Leader

Daniel Owen Agency are currently seeking PTS Team Leaders for an exciting rail project based in Kent. This is a great opportunity for experienced individuals to take on a leadership role within a professional and well-established team.

We are looking for reliable and proactive Team Leaders who hold a valid Sentinel card and have experience working within rail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising a team on-site to ensure safe and efficient work practices
• Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinating with site managers and other teams to maintain smooth operations
• Providing hands-on support with rail infrastructure tasks where necessary
• Conducting safety briefings and ensuring team members adhere to site protocols

Requirements:

• Valid Sentinel card (essential)
• MUST have Full UK Driving License
• Proven experience as a PTS Team Leader
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of railway safety procedures and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
