We are working with a well-established housing provider that is looking for a proactive and hands-on Repairs Supervisor to oversee their maintenance and repairs team. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of trade operatives delivering responsive and planned maintenance works across a portfolio of social housing properties.

• Ensure repairs are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

• Conduct inspections and quality checks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and efficient service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of completed works and ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Repairs Supervisor, Voids Supervisor, or Maintenance Supervisor within the social housing sector.

• Strong technical knowledge of building repairs and maintenance.

• Ability to manage a multi-skilled team and subcontractors effectively.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

• IT literate with experience using housing management systems (desirable).

• Full UK driving licence (if applicable).
