JOB DESCRIPTION:
An exciting opportunity for a school Receptionist in Rochdale. Our client is looking for an experienced, fast paced, and hardworking receptionist to join their team. This is initially a temp role.
Working hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 3pm
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with visitors at reception
- Taking errands to classes
- Attendance calls
- Minor admin duties
Requirements for the role
- Previous school reception experience and MIS experience is desired
- Reliable
- Organised
- Enhanced DBS
- IT and computer literate
