Site Manager - Fit Out

My client, a well established fit-out and refurbishment company, are looking to take on an experienced Site Manager on a permanent basis on Fit-out projects across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and London.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all on-site activities, including subcontractor management and resource allocation.
• Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections to uphold safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify any potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep the project on schedule.
• Foster strong communication channels with project stakeholders, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and safety records.

Site Manager Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager overseeing fit-out projects
• Good understanding of the full construction process from pre-planning to completion
• Excellent communication skills and strong leadership skills
• Up to date with Health and Safety best practice and regulations as well as quality control processes
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
