Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Housing Contractor in the North London area who are looking for a brand new Site Manager to join their team covering major reactive projects in the North London area.

Duties:

• Post Inspect completed works and identify any issues or snagging
• Spot Inspect contractors carrying out works and address any issues on site
• Attend properties to identify scope of works required alongside building surveyor to ensure they are in line with our matrix
• To produce a specification of works following a joint visit regarding works required in a timely fashion
• To liaise with tenants, leaseholders and freeholders
• To provide advice as and when required to the Repairs Team.

Key Knowledge:

• Experience in social housing
• Able to manage and inspect contractors carrying out works
• Would ideally like someone who used to work in a trade
• Able to produce specifications of works using SOR Codes version 6
• SMSTS or equivalent. H&S qualifications like first aid, asbestos awareness, working at height preferred.
