Site Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 + Car

We are currently seeking a Site Manager to join our clients team in South Birmingham. This is an exciting permanent opportunity to work on high-profile decarbonisation, external cladding, and social housing projects.

As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the smooth operation of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction sites from start to finish
  • Ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations, maintaining a safe working environment
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, ordering materials, and coordinating subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress and report to senior management
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure quality control throughout the construction process

Key Requirements:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential
  • Proven experience in managing construction sites, preferably in decarbonisation, external cladding, or social housing
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
