Site Manager (Birmingham)

Location: Birmingham

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a short-term project in Birmingham. The work involves:

• Scaffold installation to access the roof/window area
• Stripping back 10sqm of tiles to inspect battens and membrane
• Replacing 25 roof tiles
• Removing damaged plasterboard and investigating issues
• Reinstating plasterboard, plastering, and decorating

Requirements:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - Essential
• Fire Marshal Certification - Essential
• First Aid at Work - Essential
• Asbestos Awareness - Essential
• Proven experience in site management
• Strong understanding of roofing and internal works
• Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed to a high standard
