We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the extension of an existing industrial storage unit located east of Evesham. This 30-week project, starting in March 2025, requires a proactive and hands-on professional to manage site operations, ensuring the build is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth progress of construction.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor project time lines, budgets, and material deliveries.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in industrial/commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of steel frame and industrial unit construction.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
