Job Title: Site Manager - Social Housing

Salary: £25 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee reactive major repairs in the social housing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading contractor, managing maintenance projects across tenanted and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of reactive maintenance and repairs projects.
Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and direct labor.
Liaise with tenants, housing associations, and local authorities.
Ensure health & safety compliance and risk assessments are in place.
Maintain accurate records, reporting progress to senior management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in social housing maintenance/reactive repairs.
Strong knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates and repair frameworks.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
Full UK Driving License.
