Job Title- Site Manager

Location- Leeds

Salary- £55,000-£65,000 DOE

Are you a site manager with a track record of delivering multi-million pound residential projects?

Are you looking for a role which will involve massive projects in the centre of Leeds?

We are proudly working with a highly successful construction and development company who have some really exciting ongoing and upcoming projects in Leeds.

Due to the increased workload of these projects, they are looking for a highly driven site manager to oversee a multi-million pound build to rent project, taking it from the start through to completion

As site manager, you will;

• Manage contract works on site and monitor the construction process throughout
• Attend progress meetings with key stakeholders
• Review and prepare construction programmes to support delivery and ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure the highest level of health and safety is maintenance on site
• Supervise and develop site staff and maintain strong relationships with the site team, as well as clients and third parties

As site manager, it is required that you;

• Have a degree in construction management or equivalent
• MCIOB qualified
• Have experience with build to rent projects
• Have previously worked on multi-million pound projects

As site manager, you will receive;

• £55,000-£65,000 starting salary based on experience
