Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a commercial office fit-out project in Swansea for a leading fit out and refurbishment contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring health & safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules.

Requirements:

• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Valid CSCS card
• First Aid qualification
• Proven experience in site supervision, ideally within office fit-outs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to ensure health & safety standards are met
