Pay Rate: £16 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Traffic Marshall to join our team in Bedworth, Coventry.

Requirements:

• NPORS Card or CPCS Banksman/Traffic Marshall Ticket (essential).
• Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall, with a strong understanding of site safety and traffic management.
• Ability to communicate effectively and direct vehicles safely in a busy construction environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the flow of traffic in and out of the site.
• Ensuring the safety of workers, visitors, and the public by directing vehicles as needed.
• Adhering to site rules and health and safety regulations at all times.
• Reporting any safety issues or breaches to the site manager promptly.
