Working Foreman
- Start Date: 10th March

- Project: Complete fit-out of a 3-bedroom SIP panel detached new build, including mechanical, electrical, plastering, decorating, and flooring works.
- Day Rate: Flexible based on relevant experience
Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and participate in the complete fit-out of a newly constructed SIP panel home. This is a hands-on role, requiring a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, the ability to manage trades on-site, and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor
- Carpentry or General Builder background
- Experience in new builds and fit-out projects
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work hands-on while managing site activities
