The Client. 
M W Vehicle Contracts Ltd - one of the most respected organisations in the motor leasing industry, a heritage going back 20+ years and LeasePlan’s 2022 Winner of Broker of the Year.

The Issue. 
Based in the Leicestershire countryside, M W Vehicle Contracts Ltd had previously recruited through a local, Leicestershire-based agency. After receiving no appropriate CVs for 6+ months and stalling in their recruitment, M W Vehicle Contracts Ltd were struggling to capitalise on the excellent work of their new business team. The then-current agency had commented on location being a difficulty, stating that there were no relevant candidates capable of getting there. At an impasse, they reached out to Daniel Owen.

The solution. 
To understand their recruitment requirements, our Engineering Division had first to understand MWVC’s operations. Joe, Martin and Callum met and spent an hour talking about M W Vehicle Contracts Ltd, where they stand within their industry, the challenges facing the business, the kind of candidate they are looking for and the characteristics the right candidates would exhibit. The USPs of business, the company's award of Broker of the Year (2022) by LeasePlan and the training and development plan offered by M W Vehicle Contracts Ltd were all key focuses of the company qualification and proved fundamental in gaining the buy-in of appropriate candidates.
