How do you Recognise Success during a Pandemic?

Earlier this month we had the challenge of hosting our Annual Awards during a global pandemic.

It has always been important to Daniel Owen to recognise exceptional performance and celebrate the successes of our sales teams. Although not as glitzy as we normally like, this year we decided to recognise our teams with a simultaneous Live broadcast to all our offices, so as to maintain social distancing and give each location an opportunity to celebrate in their own way.

Our teams were already smashing milestones before the lockdown and this has reflected in the record number of arrivals to this year’s ‘Top Billers Club’. Set to enjoy our Top Biller and High Flyers trips and continue creating Daniel Owen’s best memories (as par!), our trips over the next 12 months will be our biggest yet!

We also took time to celebrate some of the stars of our Operations Team, who work hard behind the scenes to support our growing business, this year dealing with a whole host of new challenges! With much planned for this financial year, it is important we continue to recognise everyone involved as our momentum continues.
