Sponsoring The Barnet Group Community Awards 2024

The Barnet Group Community Awards is an annual event designed to celebrate individuals and groups who make a real impact in their local communities. These awards shine a light on the people who go above and beyond—volunteers, community leaders, and organisations working tirelessly to support others. They recognise those making a genuine difference from grassroots initiatives to long-standing community projects.

Daniel Owen was very proud to sponsor the event, helping recognise the individuals and groups making a difference.

The money raised from our sponsorships will support the hosting of the awards and the TBG Community Chest Fund 2025, which supports local charities, community groups, and resident-led initiatives.

Matthew McHugh and Rob Baker attended the event on behalf of Daniel Owen Ltd., where they saw firsthand the difference these initiatives make. It was also a great opportunity to connect with the people behind the projects and hear their inspiring stories.

Every finalist made a meaningful contribution to their community by supporting vulnerable residents, strengthening local connections, or enhancing shared spaces. The winners and nominees alike were truly deserving of recognition.
